My profile, like me, is currently a work in progress.
The last 8 years since becoming a mom has been the wildest of rides, but through it all the foundation of my yoga practice (meditation, mindfulness, asana, and nidra) have brought a sense of steadiness to my life even on the hardest of days.
My practice has helped me become more compassionate towards myself and others, it's helped me become more focused on everyday tasks AND what I want in my life, and given me tools to manage stress, and anxiety, and any craziness that comes my way.
